About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the relevant service areas.

Providing Information and Support

You will provide basic information to clients and the public, answering their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Scheduling and Confirming Appointments

You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring that our clients receive timely reminders and notifications.

Receiving and Processing Payments

You will receive and process payments, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.

Performing Administrative Tasks

You will perform various administrative tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering phone calls and relaying messages.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Setting

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in a spa setting.

Computer and Technology Knowledge
