Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at JAYNOOR SIDING INC.

Job Summary:

The Construction Laborer will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Working Conditions:

The Construction Laborer will work outdoors in various weather conditions and will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
