Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Store Manager in the successful operation of a Seasonal Store. This includes staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
- Establish and maintain Guest Services, developing staff to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
- Flexible schedule required.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
