Key Responsibilities- Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Train and mentor staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate and assign tasks, requisition materials and equipment as needed.
- Communication: Liaise with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sale, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Suite.
- Transportation and Travel: Valid driver's license, own transportation, and public transportation available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organized, reliable, team player, ability to multitask, and innovation.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
