Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning
    • Compile and prioritize production orders and instructions received from customers
    • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands
    • Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of materials
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials
    • Organize and maintain inventory records
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards
    • Identify and report any quality issues to production teams
    • Implement corrective actions to prevent future quality issues
  • Communication
    • Communicate with production teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth production operations
    • Provide regular updates on production progress and any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a production or logistics role
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
