  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to our management team.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and that our store is running smoothly.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, ensuring that our store is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, if required.
