Join Our Team as a Spa Operations Supervisor

Ivy Nails & Spa Ltd. is on the lookout for a dedicated Spa Operations Supervisor.

Position Overview:

· Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

· Salary: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

· Available Positions: 1

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee, delegate, and assess the performance of team members

· Establish work schedules and operational procedures

· Address customer inquiries and resolve workplace issues

· Recruit and train new employees on their roles and safety protocols

· Ensure adherence to quality standards

· Order necessary supplies and materials

· May also perform tasks similar to those of supervised staff

Qualifications:

· Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role is required

· Education: Completion of secondary education is mandatory
