• Transportation Services: Pick up passengers and drive them to their destinations in a timely and safe manner.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Clean and make minor repairs to the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Customer Service: Assist passengers with luggage and in boarding vehicles, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Financial Transactions: Collect fare and record transactions accurately.
• Complaint Resolution: Attend to complaints or difficult passengers in a professional and courteous manner.

• Licenses and Certifications: Hold a valid Provincial or Territorial Commercial Vehicle licence (Class 4 or E) and a valid driver's licence.
• Background Checks: Pass a criminal record check and a driver's validity licence check.
• Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, sit for extended periods, and lift heavy objects as required.
