About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our team at LIMITLESS MIGRATE NURSE CORP. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare practitioners during examinations and treatments, ensuring seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in community program development, collaborating with healthcare professionals to design and implement effective community-based initiatives.
  • Monitor patients and advise physicians of any changes in patients' conditions, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions, utilizing your expertise to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Conduct disease screening and deliver health education programs, promoting health awareness and empowering patients to take control of their well-being.
  • Deliver immunization programs and dispense medications as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
  • Operate medical apparatus and equipment, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Provide nursing care and perform administrative tasks, ensuring seamless care delivery and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Acute care nursing Certificate and eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
  • Canadian Paediatric Society (CPS) neonatal resuscitation program and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
