Job Title: Truck Trailer Mechanic

Davidson Contract Services is seeking a skilled Truck Trailer Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our truck-trailer fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on truck-trailer systems, including adjustments, replacements, and overhauls.
  • Estimate and manage parts and labor costs for maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance services and complete reports to record problems and work performed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Truck-Trailer Repairer Trade Certification.
  • Experience with engine repair, electrical and electronic systems, diesel engines, diagnostics, alignment, steering and suspension, brake systems, fuel and emission systems, ignition and electrical systems, automatic transmission, engine repair and overhaul, frame straightening, welding, and truck-trailer repair.
