As part of this dynamic group, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the implementation process of Ceridian Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM). Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to both external clients and internal BDO project teams throughout the entire Dayforce WFM implementation lifecycle.
- Leading all phases of the implementation, from Discovery and Configuration to Testing, Go-live, and Post Go-Live support.
- Collaborating closely with clients to document and validate their functional requirements, ensuring seamless alignment with Dayforce functionality.
- Configuring Ceridian Dayforce to precisely meet the unique needs of each client.
- Providing regular updates to internal teams, highlighting potential issues or risks while offering proactive solutions.
- Implementing best practices for Organizational Readiness to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
- Delivering comprehensive training to client staff, empowering them to effectively perform day-to-day tasks within the Dayforce WFM system.
- Managing multiple client projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Identifying industry best practices and lessons learned, sharing valuable insights both internally and with Ceridian.
- Staying at the forefront of technology by completing new release training and becoming a recognized expert in Ceridian Dayforce.
