We are currently seeking a SAP HANA, BW, and SAC Training Specialist for a full-time role.

Job Overview: The ideal candidate must possess extensive training experience in SAP HANA, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Integration Tool, BODS, BO, QlikView, and Project Management. Candidates lacking this experience need not apply.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions to individuals and corporate clients on SAP HANA, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Integration Tool, BODS, BO, QlikView, and Project Management.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training curricula, including teaching materials and course outlines.
  • Conduct lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and hands-on training to facilitate student learning.
  • Guide students on program curricula and career paths aligned with current trends in SAP technologies.
  • Assess student progress through tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Offer personalized tutoring and remedial instruction as needed.
  • Oversee student projects, field placements, and practical training sessions.
  • Provide consulting services to students, businesses, and organizations.
  • Participate in committees focused on curriculum development and program requirements.
  • Foster collaboration with various services to enhance course materials and gather training feedback.
  • Engage with clients to understand their analytics needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective BW/HANA reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze existing BW systems to propose improved cloud solutions.
  • Utilize SAP Cloud Integration Tool, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP HANA Cloud in project execution.
  • Develop and implement complex data models and hierarchies.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of product requirements, design, and testing.
  • Assist clients in requirement elicitation and project documentation.
  • Engage in data provisioning and modeling using SAP HANA tools.
  • Prepare various project-related documentation.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP HANA, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Integration Tool, BODS, BO, and QlikView.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Required Certifications:

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - Reporting / Modelling and Data Acquisition with SAP BW/4HANA 2.x
  • SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Cloud Platform
  • SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager
  • SAP Certified Application Associate - Modelling and Data Acquisition with SAP BW 7.5 powered by SAP HANA

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Management or Administration Studies is advantageous.
  • Over 6 years of experience as a trainer in relevant SAP technologies.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and e-Classroom training.
