Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in the finance department, providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with financial software applications, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial models and tools to support business decisions.
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including executives and other departments.
  • Identify and investigate quarterly variances to budget and forecast, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support for business initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in mentoring and developing other team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Experience with financial software applications, including Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
