As a part of our esteemed Commercial Multi-National division, the Client Solutions Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our diverse clientele. This position involves overseeing a portfolio of multi-national accounts, ensuring a seamless renewal process, managing policy modifications, and collaborating with insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated portfolio of multi-national clients, focusing on business retention and fostering enduring relationships.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of accounts during renewal periods, ensuring necessary coverage is placed and re-marketing is executed when needed.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, generating quality leads in collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of the insurance market, staying informed about new products and policy developments.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide innovative and resourceful solutions to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Adept at thriving in fast-paced environments, with effective prioritization skills to meet client expectations.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Technologically proficient, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines, particularly with large multi-national accounts, preferably in a brokerage setting.
  • Possession of an active RIBO License and a willingness to obtain a Quebec license.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is highly regarded.
  • Relevant certifications such as CAIB, CIP, or CRM are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with EPIC software is considered beneficial.
