The 401 Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in the parts store, and ensuring accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting the right parts and products
- Provide accurate and timely information on parts availability and pricing
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales targets and customer needs
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services
Requirements:
