Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipper Receiver Stock Handler at London Drugs. This role is responsible for receiving and processing incoming merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized receiving area, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming merchandise, verifying quantities and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, adhering to company standards
  • Communicate effectively with store management and team members regarding receiving volume and priorities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to lift, move, and stack heavy boxes and merchandise, with a strong physical presence
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a sense of urgency, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
