Gisèle Gauthier Traiteur Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, invoicing clients, and performing various clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Invoice clients and follow up on outstanding payments
- Perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records
- College diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
