About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic web development department at Linen Chest, Canada's premier retail destination for bedding, bath, kitchen and home décor.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that operates like a real web agency, working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds in digital marketing, content creation, web infrastructure and web programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously improve the e-commerce website and related systems
  • Develop back-end programming skills in PHP
  • Enhance front-end programming skills in JavaScript and CSS/HTML
  • Explore new technologies and prototype innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
  • Strong knowledge of PHP and/or C#.NET
  • Ability to work with MySQL or any SQL database
  • Programming education or equivalent experience
  • Asset: Experience with Magento 2, Zend, React, e-commerce platforms, CMS platforms, and PHP frameworks
  • Asset: Familiarity with Linux servers and cloud technologies
  • Asset: Versatile programming experience in C#, Java, PHP
