  • Sanitation: Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of food quantities utilized in service.
  • Food Preparation: Portion, wrap, and prepare simple food items for customer service.
  • Customer Service: Serve patrons at counters or buffet setups, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
  • Stocking: Replenish supplies in refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
