Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to join our newly established Test Engineering team.
As a Senior SDET, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
You will work closely with our product engineering team to identify areas for improvement and develop automation tools and scripts to improve product and engineering health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining test frameworks and automation tools
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure test plans cover all functional and non-functional requirements
- Defining test preconditions and other test controls to enable others to test functionality
- Providing input on design and development to improve testability and quality of code
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing and automation
Requirements:
- BS in Software Engineering or related field
- ~5 years of experience in coding, developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging in an Object Oriented Programming language
- Strong understanding of Computer Science (data structures, algorithms, optimization)
- Strong commitment to quality designs, improving tools, frameworks, metrics, automated testing, and documentation
