Plains Midstream Canada ULC is seeking a highly skilled Process Safety Management Specialist to join their team.
About the Role:
- Coordinate and assist in the implementation of Plains' Process Safety Management Program elements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating Management of Change (MOC) for technical changes.
- Facilitate small-scale Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) for pipeline stations.
- Lead process safety incident investigations.
- Develop relationships with field personnel.
- Represent the Operating Area in projects.
- Assist with new Process Safety initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of industry-related experience or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Working knowledge of oil and natural gas liquids pipeline systems.
- Ability to travel to remote pipeline facilities.
- Competence in facilitating PHAs and root cause analysis.
- Excellent computer skills and fluency in English.
- Valid CAN driver's license.
