Vineyard Laborer

We are a leading winery in the industry, committed to producing high-quality wines. We are seeking a skilled Vineyard Worker to join our team.

The Vineyard Worker will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our vineyards. This includes tasks such as cleaning the crops, clearing fields of wood and stones, and maintaining and managing the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes.

• Crop Maintenance: Clean the crops, clear fields of wood and stones, and maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes.
• Fertilization and Irrigation: Mix fertilizer, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• Harvesting: Pick row and orchard crops, harvest crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair farm equipment, including tractors, fertilizer applicators, and sprayers.
• Transportation: Ensure valid driver's license and own transportation to and from work.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding work.
• Equipment and Machinery Experience: Familiarity with farm equipment, including tractors, fertilizer applicators, and sprayers.

• Work Environment: Rural area, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
• Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgment, and reliability.
