Job Title: Early Childhood Program Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Program Supervisor to join our team at the Prince Albert Child Care Co-operative Association. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers
  • Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children
  • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of other early childhood educators and early childhood educator assistants

Support for Indigenous People:
