Key Responsibilities- Task Organization: Organize tasks to accomplish the work and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Supervision and Coordination: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to achieve optimal productivity.
- Farm Safety and Bio-Security: Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Quality Control and Record Keeping: Maintain quality control and production records to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Crop Management: Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to ensure optimal crop yields and quality.
- General Farm Duties: Perform general farm duties as required to support the smooth operation of the farm.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
