Job Title: Data Analyst Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Specialist to join our team for the Global Education Fair. As a Data Analyst Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing feedback from attendees, speakers, and partners to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement surveys to gather feedback from attendees, speakers, and partners about their event experience.
  • Analyze feedback data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate detailed reports and actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance future events.
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive reports on findings, highlighting key insights and suggesting improvements.
  • Work closely with event planning and management teams to integrate feedback into future event strategies.
  • Track key performance metrics to assess the success of various event components and overall attendee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in data analysis with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in designing effective surveys and feedback tools to gather relevant data.
  • Excellent report writing skills to present data findings clearly and persuasively.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in data collection and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to convey data-driven insights and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively with a remote team and interact with various event stakeholders.
