About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Poultry Eviscerator to join our team at Rossdown Natural Foods Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our poultry products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses
  • Remove feathers and singe and wash poultry to prepare for further processing or packaging
  • Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and quality. Our slaughter houses and meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment are equipped with the latest technology to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment
