Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute payroll processing tasks with exceptional precision, ensuring payroll accuracy exceeds 99.95% and timeliness is maintained at 99.95%.
  • Timely processing of stock vesting and relocation entries upon receipt.
  • Remain informed about payroll parameters and statutory updates in the US and Canada to ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR Service Center, local HR teams, HRP, and payroll vendors to manage daily payroll operations and resolve any payroll-related inquiries.
  • Address tasks assigned by the Payroll Manager/Team Leads and manage daily payroll cases from stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with teams such as LTI, ESPP, HRIS, and HRSC on payroll-related matters.
  • Take on additional projects as directed by the Payroll Manager.
  • Independently resolve complex payroll challenges.
  • Manage funding amounts up to $100 million for ongoing payrolls.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of comprehensive payroll experience.
  • Proficient in Workday.
  • Experience handling multi-state payroll.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA) in a relevant field.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
  • Familiarity with Canadian payroll, stock options, ESPP, and relocation processes.
