Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our team.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
