Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Grocery Clerk to join our team at Metro Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and count goods for sale, including grocery products, dairy products, frozen products, and bakery products
  • Label and shelf products according to department rules and regulations
  • Change prices on shelves and products as needed
  • Rotate goods on shelves and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering product and service questions, and resolving customer issues
  • Maintain department cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
  • Perform other related tasks as required by immediate supervisor
