Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team at Grainger Businesses. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of products throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment to move products and materials within the warehouse.
  • Accurately receive, store, and ship products, ensuring that all inventory is properly labeled and accounted for.
  • Participate in inventory management and cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by leadership, including all functions of a DCA I and DCA II.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Order Picker Forklift Associate or similar role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced and physically active job.
  • Ability to speak and understand written and spoken English.
  • Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working on or around moving equipment and elevated stations.
  • Frequent lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder heights.
  • Pass a pre-employment background check.
