Job Title: Landscape Labourer

Clockwork Landscaping Co. LTD is seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' properties are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Tie and secure plants, ensuring they are properly anchored and secure.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain their health and appearance.
  • Cut grass and other vegetation to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Rake and collect refuse, ensuring the work site is clean and free of debris.
  • Remove litter and garbage, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Lay sod or seed, ensuring a lush and vibrant appearance.
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, enhancing the beauty of our clients' properties.
  • Apply fertilizers and other treatments to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, ensuring they receive the necessary care.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including chain saws, small engine equipment, and sod cutters.
  • Remove trees and other vegetation as needed, using safe and efficient methods.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions:
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
  • Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in areas with dust, noise, and odors.
  • Use personal protective equipment, including steel-toed safety boots, gloves, ear plugs, and a mask.
