Role Significance:
Under the guidance of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager in Training will excel in customer service and demonstrate leadership by effectively managing team members and planning operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a role model by delivering efficient and courteous customer service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in accordance with established protocols.
  • Exhibit leadership by providing constructive and effective resolutions to customer and team member concerns.
  • Encourage store personnel to take ownership of their performance and career development; conduct regular follow-ups.
  • Maintain continuous communication with internal colleagues across various departments to enhance overall business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with company buyers regarding inventory purchases and oversee merchandising activities.
  • Promote sales of equipment and services through personalized and professional advice to individuals, groups, and institutions.
  • Manage and oversee materials and product inventory.
  • Successfully plan and execute events.
  • Achieve staffing goals by recruiting and assessing job candidates.
  • Efficiently schedule employees to enhance productivity, profitability, and margins.
  • Continuously train staff to meet company standards effectively.
  • Safeguard company assets and enhance profitability by developing and implementing security and safety protocols for employees and customers.
  • Pursue succession planning to ensure continuous employee development for necessary roles.
