Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

At Vention, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that drive data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Conduct thorough data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and business optimization.
  • Assist in developing statistical and predictive analytics models enhancing business performance.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant hands-on work experience as BI Analyst/Developer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist or related field.
  • A degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or other relevant field; Master's degree an asset.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data manipulation, querying, and data analysis.
  • Expert in using BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau to create insightful visualizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
