About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Satisfaction: Take orders from guests with exceptional hospitality through friendly attitude, attentive behavior, and strong product knowledge.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare different types of beverages and food items according to standards, including marking lids and pots, and maintaining food safety standards.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean the production area and back of the house area on a daily basis, and maintain a clean Restaurant interior, exterior, parking lot, dining room, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store inventory in the back of the house during delivery, and stock up items in the front of the house daily.
  • Teamwork: Work efficiently with a sense of urgency to fill orders and meet guests' needs, and demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work under pressure while maintaining food safety standards, and have a strong work ethic, be punctual, and responsible.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Education: Post-secondary diploma in Hospitality management or related fields is an asset, but not required.
