Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for housekeeping supplies and services
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist with guest complaints and issues related to housekeeping
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
