About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Nail Care Specialist to join our team at Your Way Nail Spa. As a Nail Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our clients, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
  • Consult with clients to determine their nail care needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nail care trends and techniques
  • Work collaboratively with other spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in the nail care industry is an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment
