Responsabilités
  • Évaluer les besoins en approvisionnement et le coût des ingrédients.
  • Maintenir des enregistrements précis des coûts alimentaires, de la consommation, des ventes et des stocks.
  • Former le personnel de cuisine sur les nouvelles techniques culinaires et l'utilisation d'équipements modernes.
  • Développer de nouvelles recettes innovantes.
  • Encadrer les cuisiniers dans la préparation, la cuisson et la présentation des plats.
  • Superviser une équipe de cuisiniers et de personnel de cuisine.
  • Préparer des repas réguliers ainsi que des plats pour des événements spéciaux.
  • Demander des fournitures alimentaires et de cuisine nécessaires.
  • Planifier les menus tout en garantissant la qualité des plats servis.
  • Préparer des options adaptées aux clients ayant des allergies ou des intolérances alimentaires.
  • Former le personnel sur la manipulation et la cuisson des aliments.

Gestion d'une équipe de 3 à 4 personnes.
