About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at FAST DRYWALL LTD. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Clean Up Chemical Spills and Other Contaminants: Respond to and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants in a timely and effective manner.
  • Remove Rubble and Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Direct Traffic: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights and in dusty conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires manual dexterity, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to lift over 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Work Schedule: This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.
