About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at Schindler Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including IT staff, business stakeholders, and vendors
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Technical Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
  • Quality Assurance and Control
    • Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in IT project management
  • Skills
    • Strong technical skills, including programming languages, data processing, and database management
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
