Position Overview

PIIC Inc is seeking a dedicated Accounting Bookkeeper to manage and maintain financial records with precision and accuracy.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College or CEGEP program.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and balance various accounts through both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Oversee general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
  • Record journal entries and compile other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Prepare tax returns and trial balances.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, and MS Office.
Work Environment
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.
Personal Attributes
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Permanent position with a work schedule of 30 to 35 hours per week.
