Cobs Bread Lakeland Ridge is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to meet established quality standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
