The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and less than 7 months of experience in a similar role. The COO will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies. They will also represent the organization in official functions and select senior staff. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, judgement, and the ability to work in a permanent, 35-hour per week position. The work language is English.
