Evening Shift Requirement: The role necessitates availability for the evening shift, specifically from 11:30 AM to 8 PM. The coordinator will be instrumental in managing urgent tasks throughout the evening while also providing support to a designated department during daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery of all components, including parts and kits, by conducting follow-ups.
  • Execute data entry tasks to address production-related issues, including NCR, RTC, OSP, and credits, as well as maintaining work orders.
  • Oversee parts tracking and generate manual orders within the system.
  • Monitor project workflows to adhere to deadlines and specifications.
  • Identify and communicate critical issues that may affect the production schedule.
  • Facilitate communication between production cells, suppliers, and service providers to maintain operational flow.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus, catering to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure KPIs align with organizational objectives.
  • Engage in production meetings and collaborate closely with production staff.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications:

  • A college diploma (DEC) in a relevant field or a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred: Previous experience with ERP systems.
