Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Timber Ridge Inn and Suites LTD. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, respond to their needs and concerns, and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
