- Provide expert advice and education on complex credit and investment matters, ensuring that the solutions proposed align with client needs and financial situations.
- Promote digital engagement by educating clients on self-service options while prioritizing personalized advice and encouraging interactions through their preferred channels.
- Leverage technology to connect with clients, both virtually and in-person.
- Implement effective strategies for building contacts and relationships that drive new client acquisition and retention within your community.
- Collaborate with top-tier professionals in financial planning, retirement solutions, mortgages, and business banking to deliver customized and relevant advice to clients.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
- Completed Designated Financial Services Advisor (DFSA) designation for Canada (excluding Quebec) through the Canadian Securities Institute.
- For Quebec, completion of the Certificate of Achievement in Personal Finance through the Canadian Securities Institute.
- 2-3 years of demonstrated sales experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on credit and investments.
- Proven ability to establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in digital tools across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in a second language.
- Active involvement in building a strong network within the local community.
