  • Implement effective strategies for building contacts and relationships that drive new client acquisition and retention within your community.
  • Collaborate with top-tier professionals in financial planning, retirement solutions, mortgages, and business banking to deliver customized and relevant advice to clients.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
  • Completed Designated Financial Services Advisor (DFSA) designation for Canada (excluding Quebec) through the Canadian Securities Institute.
  • For Quebec, completion of the Certificate of Achievement in Personal Finance through the Canadian Securities Institute.
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated sales experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on credit and investments.
  • Proven ability to establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in digital tools across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in a second language.
  • Active involvement in building a strong network within the local community.
