Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Suites Victoria. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Supervise staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our guests
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training to staff
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the use of our facilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Implement marketing activities to promote our hotel and its services
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure that our hotel is operating in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
