Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Associate Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will possess 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on Creditors' Rights law and enforcement of judgments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend court and represent clients in litigation matters
  • Enforce judgments and handle creditors' rights cases
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve case goals
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience
  • Experience attending court and enforcing judgments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in mortgage enforcement matters
  • French speaking skills
