Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Configuration Consultant to join our Global HR Experience Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Workday HCM, absence management, recruitment, and compensation solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement Workday HCM, absence management, recruitment, and compensation solutions
  • Partner with clients to translate business requirements into technical design
  • Provide expert insight and guidance on Workday HCM product suite
  • Execute regular upgrade projects, including planning, project management, configuration, and regression testing
  • Enhance implementations from HR and IT
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Workday, with hands-on configuration experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management Information System, or related field
  • Knowledge and experience within core Workday HCM, absence management, recruitment, and/or compensation
  • Knowledge and experience supporting other HR technology platforms an asset
