EM Dynamics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health and Safety Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our EHS department, you will play a vital role in enhancing workplace well-being and contributing to a culture of safety excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with EHS professionals and MESH Champions to ensure compliance with local and corporate health and safety requirements.
- Drive rapid improvement in key site EHS programs, including emergency response, powered industrial trucks, lockout/tagout, fall protection, waste management, and machine safeguarding.
- Support the plant's Joint Health and Safety Committee in identifying and resolving hazards.
- Deliver and coordinate health and safety training to production and office employees.
- Perform data entry of incidents into the corporate tracking system, Prism, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in maintaining health and safety documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
- Currently enrolled as a full-time post-secondary student in a recognized institution.
