Role Overview
- Assist in the creation, development, and execution of operational training and educational programs for technical personnel.
- Assess training requirements and identify the most effective strategies to address them.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to understand training needs.
- Ensure that training materials are current and adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative training methodologies.
- Partner with manufacturers to offer specialized support.
- Conduct evaluations of quality, technical, and safety standards for work performed by Technical Field Staff.
- Recognize and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Promote best practices in the field and enhance the technical capabilities of staff.
- Engage in incident investigations as required.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of valid HVAC Licenses (Refrigeration/Air Conditioning and Gas Technician G2).
- Clean driving record and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC field.
- Capability to design and deliver technical training programs.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational abilities.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Results-driven with an emphasis on both individual and team success.
